The first Playlist Update of Season 4 is set to go live today (June 24) in both Cold War and Warzone. As usual, there will be a mix-up in the Multiplayer and Battle Royale playlists, with some fan favorites returning.
With the World Series of Warzone Tournament kicking off on June 23rd, Raven Software primed a brand new update in order to make some much-needed weapon balances. Check out the link below to find out more about the new MG82 Nerf.

Call of Duty Weekly Briefing (June 21 – 27)
Thanks to the official Call of Duty Weekly Briefing, we know exactly what to expect from the upcoming Playlist Update for Cold War and Warzone.
To kick things off, Collateral Strike 24/7 will be joining the playlists, alongside Hijacked 24/7 which will be sticking around for another week. If 12v12 maps are more of your thing though, a brand new 12v12 Cranked Hardpoint mode will also be joining the mix.
Fans of Gunfight will also be pleased to know that Gunfight 3v3 Snipers Only will also be making a much-anticipated return when the Playlist Update goes live later today.
To finish things off, Face Off 6v6 will continue for another week, now with updated maps to includes Season 4’s new Amsterdam Gunfight and Face Off map.

Warzone Playlist Update – Patch Notes
Although the latest playlist update has not gone live in Warzone yet, a new patch has been deployed with some bug fixes and adjustments. Check out the official patch notes for the new Warzone update below.
EVENT
- Ground Fall, a Limited-Time Event
- Ending today at 10 AM PST / 7 PM CEST.
GENERAL
- The Dirt Bike audio has been reduced.
GAMEPLAY
- The Riot Shield has been temporarily removed from ground loot.
- It will remain available in Supply Boxes.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed additional collision issues with various elements across Verdansk allowing players to exploit/peek/shoot through them.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Spotter Scope ability to remain available to use for the duration of the match if the Player used the Spotter Scope prior to picking up Weapons.
- Fixed an issue causing the Red Door use/interact prompt text to not appear properly.
