Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild are receiving Labo VR support, Nintendo announced recently in a video. Using the Toy-Con VR Goggles you can play bonus levels of Super Mario Odyssey. In these missions, you collect music notes and coins to complete certain objectives. Additionally, you can visit the Cap, Seaside and Luncheon Kingdoms in this mode.
In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you are able to play the full game using the VR Goggles, however, it is not in a first-person perspective. You can just play the game in completion while wearing the goggles. The video states that you do not need to create a new save file to use the VR mode. To switch into the VR mode you just need to turn on the option via the game’s menu.

Super Mario Odyssey was considered an extravagant experience when the game came out in 2017 and is considered one of the Nintendo Switch’s most mandatory games to play. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild also received several accolades throughout the gaming industry including Game of the Year in 2017 at The Game Awards. If you have yet to play either of these games, be sure to put them on the top of your list.
The Nintendo VR Starter Kit is currently available for Pre-Order for $39.99 at Amazon, Best Buy and GameStop with an April 12th release date. Super Mario Odyssey is currently on sale for $49 on Amazon while Zelda is selling for $59.
Both of the VR updates are set to release on April 25, 2019, for free.
