The Crew 2 got a brand new trailer at this years Ubisoft conference at E3 2018. The game, developed by Ivory Tower brings a large open-world that can be traveled through by various types of vehicles, such as cars, boats, planes, and even a hovercraft that’s planned to arrive after launch.
The presentation trailer showed a good look at many of the types of vehicles we can expect to be coming to the title, including some track cars and dirt bikes, as well as just teasing pretty much every race type we can expect to see at launch. The main announcement was that the open beta can be preloaded starting from today and will take place later this month. Check out the trailer below that was rendered in engine.
We’ve not long had Closed Beta access for The Crew 2 in which I shared my thoughts on one of the new mechanics that allows players to switch seamlessly between vehicle types at any given moment during free-roam. We also learned that The Crew 2 will launch major updates for free every three months. A season pass is also available.
The Crew 2 will launch on June 29th 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. the open beta will span from June 21st to June 24th.
