After a year of exclusivity on the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality is now available for PlayStation VR owners.
Initially launching on April 20, 2017, Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality was developed by Owlchemy Labs (Other Ocean Group for the PSVR version) and published by Adult Swim Games while Nighthawk Interactive is responsible for distributing the retail version. Based on the titular show, players control a clone of Morty Smith, the grandson of the wacky mad scientist, Rick Sanchez. Throughout the game, Rick relays information to the player to perform mundane tasks such as doing the laundry or repairing his spaceship.
In addition to launching on the PlayStation VR, Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality also received a physical release with players have two purchase options – the first being the standard edition which comes with the game along with the more lucrative option, the Collector’s Edition. In addition to receiving a physical copy of the game, players also received a “Weaponized Rick” Funko Pop! figurine as well as a double-sided poster.
You can view all the goodies contained in the Collector’s Edition below this article.
