Following the reveal that HUNK and Tofu, present in the original Resident Evil 2 game on PlayStation 1, are back for the remake, Capcom released today more “Biohazard Re:2 Report” short videos, showing the two in action. You can see HUNK in the 32nd video, and Tofu in the 33rd video. Keep in mind these videos are only a few seconds long, but it’s better than nothing. Previous Biohazard Re:2 Report video can be found here.

Capcom also published two new gameplay videos of Resident Evil 2, the first one with Mogami Moga playing the game, and the second one with Sony Interactive Entertainment President Shuhei Yoshida. All videos can be found at the bottom of this article.

Since her departure in August 2017 from the idol group Denpagumi, Moga Mogami has been continuing her activities solo. Since a few months ago especially, she’s been appearing in numerous game-related events, most of the time playing the games for promotion. She’s everywhere from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey café to Final Fantasy 14‘s collaboration with wedding ceremony organizer Deuxzero in Kobe. Not a single week passes without seeing at least one game event which featured Mogami, and I really hope she’s not overworking herself and paid enough for all her work.

Recently, it was also revealed that similar to past games in the series, and other games with extreme gore content, Resident Evil 2’s remake will be censored in Japan.

Some spoilers regarding Resident Evil 2‘s games modes have also emerged. If you can’t wait and want to read about them now, here’s our article covering that piece of news.

Resident Evil 2 launches on January 25 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can pre-order the game now on Amazon, If you’d like to try the game right away, you can give the ‘1-shot’ demo a shot until January 31. As I’m writing this, the game’s official site reports that more than 2 million people around the world have played the demo, with 27% of total players reaching the end. I don’t think the low completion rate should be an indication of difficulty though, just that most people who played the demo took their time with it instead of rushing through. Some Steam users also found a way to remove the timer from the demo.
