Rage 2‘s official Twitter account certainly doesn’t do things by halves, including their social media giveaways. In a surprising but awesome twist, the account posted a status update about their latest giveaway, which is a customized Sega Dreamcast that plays Rage 2:

Not only is this design pretty cool looking, but the idea of owning a Dreamcast that actually runs a current gen title is nothing sort of miraculous. This is hardly the first time studio Bethesda has done some unique marketing for the game. Back in January they threw shade at Far Cry New Dawn with a cheeky tweet poking fun at the latter’s pink aesthetic:

Rage 2, which is launching May 14th of this year, will be getting preorder bonuses as well as a deluxe edition featuring tons of over the top content.
Bethesda also recently revealed that Rage 2 had gone gold, as well as detailed information on its specs for both consoles and PC. If you want a last minute look at the game before launch, check out our hands-on preview of the game, which looks to “offer players a thrilling world to explore.”
When asked about whether the open-world RPG inspired shooter would be coming to Nintendo Switch, id Software studio director Tim Willits stated that while they were looking into it the technology presented some challenges. However, you can still preorder Rage 2 for PS4, Xbox One, or PC.
