Overcooked 2 is among the best party games available these days. The wacky co-op cooking game makes mayhem the focus as you and your friends work together to satisfy your hungry customers. I say work together, but really, most games devolve into everyone yelling at each other about cleaning the dishes or putting out a fire. Or, is that just me? Anyways, the new Sun’s Out, Buns Out content drop adds tons of new content to the game. Best of all? It’s free. Give the new trailer a watch below to see those adorable pups cooking up a storm.
The most important addition coming to Overcooked 2 with Sun’s Out, Buns Out is unquestionably the two new dog chefs. Just look at those cute, little puppies! So adorable. Outside of the new chefs, players have brand new recipes, wild new kitchens, and tons of flair to spice up your summer. Whether you’re putting together a rejuvenating ice cream float or staying healthy with a nice summer salad, Sun’s Out, Buns Out is going to be a good time for all.
For me, Overcooked and its sequel has been some of the most fun I’ve had with local co-op this generation. If you haven’t had the pleasure of playing either game, please do yourself a favor. The games do get stressful as you move to higher difficulties, but the hijinks make it worth the strain on your friendships.
