With dark, gritty environments and a tale set among the styling of cyberpunk, Observer first made waves last year on PC and consoles with a gripping psychological detective story, and now that story will be coming on-the-go to Nintendo Switch.
Developer Bloober Team has announced that Observer will officially be coming to the Nintendo Switch. No specific launch date has been announced yet for the Switch version of the game, though the release trailer coinciding with the announcement said that it would be “coming soon” to the platform.
For those that may not be familiar with the game, Observer serves as the follow-up title from developer Bloober Team to their acclaimed horror title Layers of Fear, which also arrived earlier in the year for Nintendo Switch. The game itself takes place in the year 2084, as players take on the role of a neural detective named Daniel Lazarski in his search to hack into the minds of potential crime suspects.
Observer is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux, with the game set to arrive in the near future on Nintendo Switch. For a closer look at what’s in store from the game, you can check out the new trailer for Observer highlighting the game’s Switch release:
