Some of Bandai Namco Entertainment’s E3 reveals that were supposed to be a surprise have been leaked. Earlier today, screenshots for a new game in the Tales series called Tales of Arise seemingly leaked. Shortly thereafter, a PC, PS4, and Xbox One remaster of Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch has also leaked.
The existence of the aptly titled Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered seems to have leaked on a ResetERA thread that was taken down shortly after it went like. Following this, Direct-Feed Games released the following tweet showcasing the game’s logo and some beautiful key art. Platforms for the remaster aren’t specified in the tweet, but we will likely learn where the game is headed to at E3.

For those of you that are unaware, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was initially developed by Level-5 and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for PS3 in 2013. The game has stayed a PS3 exclusive since then, to the chagrin of many fans. In addition to some fun in-depth RPG mechanics, the game also features some beautiful cutscenes created by the famous Studio Ghibli. Hopefully, the game and these cutscenes look more gorgeous than ever in this remaster.
The game received a sequel in March 2018 title Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. You can pick that up on Amazon if you want to scratch your Ni No Kuni itch before the remasters announcement. As always, take this leak with a grain of salt as there is always a possibility it is fake, but if Bandai Namco Entertainment does announce Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered at E3, DualShockers will be sure to let you know.
