If you’ve never heard of Monster Hunter Rise, this is the next game in the series, with an feudal Japan / Sengoku feel to it and monsters who look like Youkai. Moreover it has a brand new Spider-Man like mechanic, the Wirebug.
Capcom has back in December 2020 released several MH Rise gameplay videos, introducing each of the weapons in the game. None of the weapons in Rise are new compared to MH World. However, each weapon has several new moves and abilities linked with the Wirebug.
