Mojang’s new title Minecraft Dungeons will be receiving a new DLC pack next month. Over on Minecraft’s website, it has officially been confirmed that the DLC Pack titled “Jungle Awakens” will be releasing on July 1.
The updates will include three new story missions, new armors, weapons, and artifacts. On top of that, it will include new mobs such as the Jungle Abomination, and the Leapleaf and Whisperer.
Those of you who purchased the Hero Edition do not need to purchase the new content when it is released. Those who did not, they will now need to upgrade your standard copy by purchasing the Hero Pass.
On top of that, the Lost Temple Dungeon, a free update will also be releasing that will contain new items plus some tweaks to the game to balance out changes. Pandas will also be making their way to Minecraft Dungeons.
I have been wanting to pop into Minecraft Dungeons for quite some time now. I have heard nothing but great things about it. Maybe I will get around to it once I finish The Last of Us Part II. But then Paper Mario: The Oragami King and Ghost of Tsushima release in just a couple weeks. There are too many games to play and not enough time to get around to playing them.
Minecraft Dungeons is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The game is also available on Xbox Game Pass. Make sure to check out DualShockers’ official review right here.
