Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will only be just barely a week old when it receives its first major update tomorrow, which is scheduled to change up a number of different features within the first-person shooter.
While exact details about the update have yet to be released, developer Treyarch did reveal via Twitter that it’ll improve, stabilize, and change certain aspects and features “across all modes.”
In addition to the new update, the game will also be receiving it’s first double XP weekend starting tomorrow, although whether not this is just multiplayer or if it’s across all modes, is yet to be announced. Zombies mode players will be able to take advantage of double Nebulium Plasma as well, the in-game currency used to buy Elixirs.
In other Black Ops 4 news, earlier today it was revealed that the game sold more than $500,000,000 in its first three days on the market, an impressive feat for sure.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. You can check out our review of the game, and if it sounds interesting to you, you can purchase it on Amazon here.
Tomorrow, we’re releasing a substantial update to #BlackOps4 with a host of improvements, fixes, and additions across all modes, including new stability fixes for Zombies. We’ll also kick off our first 2XP Weekend, along with 2XP Nebulium Plasma in Zombies! More details soon.
