A new update for Fortnite is expected to release in the coming days, and thanks to Twitch streamer SypherPK we know that it will be bringing the brand new Lebron James skin.
The hotly anticipated Icon Series Skin has been rumoured for some time, after first being mentioned in the Epic Games v. Apple trial. Then just a few days ago it was leaked by Fortnite data miner, ShiinaBR.
With Fortnite version 17.20 on the horizon, the new skin is expected to arrive at the same time, or shortly after the release of the update.

Fortnite x Lebron James
Lebron James is set to be the next sporting legend to receive his very own Icon Series Skin in Fortnite. The Icon Series is a collection of skins that are based on various ‘icons’ such as Ninja, Marshmello, Travis Scott, Neymar Jr. and more.
The skins can cost anywhere between 1,500 to 2,000 V-Bucks on average, and usually also have back blings and other cosmetics up for grabs too.

There will also reportedly be various quests attached to the skin for players to complete, much like the Neymar Jr skin that released some months ago. Various Fortnite leakers have revealed the information below, detailing a special gold slider when all quests are complete.

Lebron James Fortnite Skin Release Date
According to Sypher PK’s Twitter post, which featured a surprise package from Epic Gamers, the Lebron James Fortnite Skin will arrive in the Item Shop on July 14th.
When the Item Shop resets and Lebron James arrives, players will be able to purchase the skin using their V-Bucks.
Lebron James Fortnite Skin Release Time
Fans can expect Lebron James to arrive in the Fortnite Item Shop on July 14th when it resets at MIDNIGHT UTC / 5PM PT / 1AM BST.
Although there is no confirmation that this is the exact release time, it is the time in which the Fortnite Item Shop changes. Should an official release time be given by Epic Games, we will update this article.
