After years of requests from fans, Square Enix is finally bringing the entirety of the Kingdom Hearts story to Xbox platforms.
Announced during today’s edition of Inside Xbox from X019, Square Enix confirmed that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix, and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will each be coming to Xbox One. This means that, for the first time ever, every major installment in the beloved series will be available on a non-PlayStation platform. It also allows the full saga to now be played solely on Xbox One, considering that Kingdom Hearts III was already released on the platform earlier this year.
If you’ve never played a #KingdomHearts game before, want to play some titles you missed out on, or relive the magical experiences once again then look no further!

As mentioned, this is something that many fans have been begging for for years at this point. Many thought it was odd that Square Enix would choose to release KH3 on the Xbox platform alone without adding all of the other games in the franchise as well, but that has finally been rectified.
Square Enix hasn’t announced a specific release date for all of the titles on Xbox One just yet other than a broad 2020 window. We’ll surely find out more in the future though, so stay tuned.
