Adorable, brightly colored shenanigans are afoot in Space Mace and Graffiti Games’ upcoming auto-runner Joggernauts which is making its way to Switch and PC.
The idea behind Joggernauts is quite simple; rearrange your team of athletic aliens so that their colors correspond with the obstacles ahead. Switching the leader in your pack will allow you to break through obstacles and advance towards the finish line.
It all sounds quite easy until you add in up to four players for manic multiplayer matches. Each player is assigned a different colored alien to jog with but the number of lives available is shared throughout the entire team. Then, it becomes a frantic game of calculation and rearranging on the fly. Luckily there are some features in place to ensure that you can keep track of your character at all times such as the option to adjust the game’s speed.
Opposing aliens aren’t the only thing standing in the way of the cute little Joggernauts as they go about their daily exercise routine; there are also color-coded platforms to traverse, levers to flip, and items to collect in order to finish the level.
Joggernauts will be available for Nintendo Switch and PC when it launches on October 11, 2018.
