For those of you that didn’t get a chance to sink your jaws into this one, Hungry Shark World is a game where players take control of, you guessed it, a hungry shark. Initially released on iOS and Android back in 2016, the game tasks players with eating other fish, leveling up their sharks, and engaging in ferocious boss battles. Boasting a wide array of missions as well as seventeen different shark species, the game includes a ton of customization options, including, accessories, gadgets, and pets for your shark.
It’s worth noting that both the Android and iOS versions of Hungry Shark World have their fair share of microtransactions. When pressed about whether the console versions of the game will include these transactions, the Ubisoft Twitter account replied, “this is a separate game to the mobile release with no in-game transactions – it will release tomorrow for $9.99.”
