Another month, another selection of video games for a tantalizingly low price. Humble Bundle will be kicking off its February compilation of titles with over-the-top crime caper Yakuza 0 and third-person shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division.
Humble Bundle supplies gamers with games at a fantastically low price on a monthly basis. The digital titles can be snagged through a unique pay-what-you-want system which allows players to spend what they believe to be a reasonable fee for the games in question. These bundles can sometimes focus on a single genre or even a single franchise, while at other times the choices for included titles seems to swing quite randomly.
To make this concept even more appetizing, a chunk of the money paid goes to charity. The power is in the hands of the players here as the buyer gets to choose just how much cash is paid to the charity organizations, participating partners, or to Humble Bundle itself.
However, along with this flexible approach to distributing games, there is also a subscription service available called Humble Monthly which offers more than $100 worth of undisclosed games for the low price of $12. February’s selection will include Yakuza 0 and Tom Clancy’s The Division as its headlining titles, with more games scheduled to be announced at a later date.
Yakuza 0 acts as a prequel to the long-running franchise which has seen releases across a number of console generations. The game mixes crime storylines with completely outrageous action sequences to create quite a unique and fun experience. This particular title is often deliberately comedic.
Tom Clancy’s The Division, on the other hand, is a much more serious affair. Originally released in back in 2016, this critically acclaimed gritty title is renowned for its multiplayer elements.
The full list of games that will be included in the upcoming Humble Monthly is scheduled to be revealed on February 1, 2019.
