Don’t Knock Twice, a first person horror game based off of the movie of the same name from Wales Interactive, is apparently coming to Nintendo Switch October 17, according to a listing found on Nintendo’s website by Nintendo Everything, though there has been no official announcement by the developers.
The overview on that page describes Don’t Knock Twice as a physiologically terrifying horror game that is based off of urban legend. It’s up to the player to explore a giant manor which they are stuck in and save their daughter. The listing states that the game is single-player only, and the overview given is similar to the ones present with other versions of the game, so the Switch version seems to be quite similar to the other versions, though it has the Switch’s added benefit of portability. If this current listing is correct, Don’t Knock Twice will cost $14.99 when it launches later this month.
The PC and PS4 versions had the exclusive benefit of being able to play the game in VR, though the game still works without it. Don’t Knock Twice recently got a physical release on PS4, though the listing suggests that the title will be digital only, at least at first, on the Switch. Don’t Knock Twice isn’t the only horror game set to release on Nintendo Switch, as Bloober Team and Aspyr Media have confirmed that Layers of Fear is coming to the system “soon.”
