The popular survival horror game Dead By Daylight is celebrating its 5th Anniversary with a limited-time event that has lots of exciting challenges for survivors in the game.
The limited-time 5th Anniversary Event begins today on June 30 and will end on July 5th. During this time you can gain lots of blood points, and complete quests, and get the anniversary crown in DBD.

DBD 5th Anniversary Event
Over the first 7 days of the event, Dead By Daylight will be giving away a total of 9,000 Iridescent Shards per player just for logging in.
Those players who log in later in the event will also be able to claim earlier login rewards. By doing so you can add up to enough Shards to purchase an entire original character, so make sure you don’t miss this opportunity!
When you first login during the event, you will also receive a 500,000 Bloodpoint gift. Using this you can quickly gain access to the new event items in your Bloodwebs.
In addition to this, during the limited-time event, Shrine of Secrets will be on a daily rotation. It will feature Perks from almost every single character in Dead by Daylight. Also, every Perk will be 500 Iridescent Shards off, so don’t forget to take advantage of this deal either!
How To Get Anniversary Crowns In DBD?
Just like last year, Anniversary Crowns are back in the game, and they’re better than ever. The new DBD crowns can be claimed by any original Killer or Survivor – as long as they are the first one to find.
Please note that the crown cannot be purchased with iridescent shards or auric cells.
So, to get the crown in DBD, you will have to look for Special Crown Pedestals that will spawn inside of every trial.
Find and interact with them to get the golden crown which you can flaunt for the rest of the match.
In order to keep the crown, you must either escape the trial as a Survivor, or complete it as a Killer.
The Crown Pedestals randomly spawn on the map after an interval which means every player will likely get a chance to pick it up. But keep in mind that only one crown will spawning on the map at one time.
