It seems that fans are excited for the remaster of a classic title. And in more good news that’s sure to make fans even happier, Infinite Warfare composer Sarah Schachner is returning to compose for Modern Warfare. Taylor Kurosaki, the studio narrative director for Infinity Ward, announced this via his official Twitter:
It’s been a fantastic week sharing @CallofDuty #ModernWarefare with the world. One more BIG surprise to unveil is we’re honored to have @SarahSchachner, once again, as our composer. Love you, Sarah!

Sarah Schachner also composed for Anthem and Assassin’s Creed: Origins, so she’s clearly well versed in creating incredible soundtracks. It’ll be nice to hear her score again for this title.
Since the reveal of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, there has been a host of new information coming out. So far we know that there will be crossplay between PC and console but it won’t include a season pass, post-launch content will come to the PS4 version seven days before Xbox One and PC, the game will include cross-mode weapon progression in an attempt to make each mode more seamless with each other, and there will be co-op gameplay but no dedicated zombie mode.
