Nowadays, it’s safe to say that while the series may have started on PC, most people play Call of Duty on consoles. Nevertheless, the series still has a following on the system and with Black Ops 4’s open PC beta fast approaching, today developer Treyarch revealed the exact specs you’ll need in order to run it.
You can find both the minimum and recommended specs below, but generally speaking, it doesn’t look like anything out of the ordinary:

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k or AMD equivalent
RAM: 8GB RAM
HDD: 25GB HD space
Video: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2 GB / GTX 1050 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850
DirectX: Version 11.0 compatible video card or equivalent
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
Recommended:

RAM: 12GB RAM

It’s important to keep in mind, as Treyarch pointed out in the original blog post, that these are just the beta specs and that they may change completely in-time for the full game’s release in just a couple of months, or even by the time that the Blackout beta begins, if that comes to PC.
For those that don’t know, the second weekend of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 beta, is set to launch on Friday, August 9, 2018, and it’ll be available on all platforms this time around.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is set to be released on October 12, 2018, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
