Today Koei Tecmo released a new trailer for its upcoming anime-inspired action game Attack on Titan 2.
The trailer features the multiplayer modes, that will be online-only on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but will also include local multiplayer with up to eight players on Nintendo Switch.
The story mode can be played with a friend, allowing players to revive each other. On the other hand, Scout Missions can be played in co-op with up to four players in a team.
Annihilation mode is competitive, prompting two teams of four to compete for points, with the stakes doubling towards the end.
Interestingly, we hear that a “shocking” new mode will be added after launch, and from the tease we see, it appears to involve people getting eaten alive.
If you want to see more of the game, can also enjoy the latest trailer featuring combat, another video showing what you can do in the town, a recent trailer displaying Nintendo Switch gameplay, the latest screenshots from Koei Tecmo, another batch of screenshots from last month, a story trailer, and more screenshots introducing more members of the cast.

Attack on Titan 2 will launch in the west for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on March 20th, 2018. The Japanese release will come just a few days earlier, on March 15th.
