Developer Gears for Breakfast put out A Hat in Time at the tail end of 2017 and has since sold numerous copies of the platform action-adventure game. The team has followed that success up with a few DLC expansions, the second of which, Nyakuza Metro, is out now. Give it a look below.

Nyakuza Metro sees Hat Kid go to a Japan-inspired underground city where she joins a cat-based street gang, the titular Nyakuza. The update adds a bunch of new content for players to explore. Throughout the new chapter, there are ten new Time Pieces for you to collect and brand new stickers that you can attach to your weapon or use as emotes. You’ll also have access to the new baseball bat and over 20 new dyes (including the tantalizing “Pizza Time”).

Gears for Breakfast is also improving the multiplayer in A Hat in Time. You can now play with up to 50 players by entering a group name and joining that collection of players. Once you join, you’ll be able to interact with your teammates in a number of different ways. You can also group up with up to three strangers in public mode, but they can’t affect you while playing.

The Nyakuza Metro update has a little bit of everything for everyone. The Metro chapter will give players something new to explore, while the multiplayer mode lets you enjoy the game with your friends.

A Hat in Time is available now on Mac, PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game will be coming to Nintendo Switch later this year.
