The Xbox Game Pass family is about to get even bigger as Cris Tales is set to join the subscription service when it releases on July 20th. But don’t worry if you’re not a subscriber of Microsoft’s popular service, as the RPG title is also launching for Nintendo Switch, PC, Google Stadia, and PlayStation.
With only one day left to go until the launch of Cris Tales, here’s everything you need to know about the release time, as well as all the details on the Xbox Game Pass version of the upcoming title.

Cris Tales will be published by Modus Games, and is an upcoming turn-based RPG title. The game will offer various unique gameplay features not seen before in the genre, such as the mechanic to manipulate time. Cris Tales will also feature unique abilities for each character, all of which are able to jump through time, whether in a battle or on the map.
The upcoming title is described as a “gorgeous, indie love letter to classic JRPGs with a new perspective”.
Cris Tales will be available on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia.
Cris Tales Release Date & Time
Cris Tales will release on Tuesday, July 20th, 2021. Check out all of the release time details for Cris Tales below.
The Xbox and PlayStation versions of Cris Tales will reportedly release at 2PM Local Time. That’s according to their store pages anyway. The Microsoft Store Page for Cris Tales has a 2PM release time, whilst the PlayStation Store Page has a countdown to the same time.
As for the Nintendo Switch, according to the Nintendo Support page, content is usually released at 2PM GMT on the day of release. However, as Cris Tales is a third-party title, it may not release until 5PM GMT.
Xbox Game Pass
Microsoft has revealed that Cris Tales will be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one. When the title launches on July 20th, it will be available on Game Pass via the Cloud, Xbox Consoles, and PC.
