The Containment Level has reached Stage 3 in Warzone, so where can you find the Zombies this week? Here’s everything you need to know about the plague that is riddling Verdansk.
Each week a new Playlist Update is released and with it the location of the Zombies in Warzone changes. A brand new Playlist Update was released on Thursday, April 8, and you can find the full patch notes for both Cold War and Warzone below.

Where Are The Zombies This Week? April 8 – April 15
When Season 2 of Cold War and Warzone kicked off on February 25, Zombies began invading Verdansk. It all started when the new Shipwreck point of interest was added to the Warzone map, and the Zombies could be found at the new POI.
Recently, the Zombies have moved from Shipwreck and began contaminating other locations each week. So far, they have been found at the following locations:
- Shipwreck
- Prison
- Hospital
- Downtown
- TV Station
So with the new Playlist Update now being live, where are they this week?
It looks like the plague of undead have made their way to Superstore, raising the Containment Protocol to Level 3.
What Does Containment Level 3 Mean In Warzone?
The Containment Level messages that are appearing during your games of Warzone are there to alert the player of the rising Zombies threat around Verdansk.
The messages don’t really mean much, and some think they are more of a teaser to the heavily rumoured Nuke Event set to take place at the end of Season 2.
You may notice that when the containment message appears on screen, missiles can be seen soaring overhead. You can read more about the missiles in Verdansk at the link below.

The Zombies are slowly taking over Verdansk each week and raising the containment level. Once the containment level reaches its maximum, a nuke may be forced to wipe out the Zombies and Verdansk.
