Alongside the arrival of update 1.05 a week ago in Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar Games announced that those who have played the Red Dead Online beta between launch and December 20 would soon be receiving a few goodies. Well as of today, those goodies should start hitting your account.
Rockstar stated this afternoon that the promised 15 Gold Bars and cash gifts that will be going to some players have started rolling out as of today. If you’re in line to receive one of these rewards for yourself, it should be very obvious when it arrives. All you’ll need to do, according to Rockstar, is check your character’s balance the next time you log into Red Dead Online. If you’re currently playing the game and your presents haven’t arrived, just close the application entirely and boot it back up.
If you check your own Red Dead Online account and find that nothing has been credited to you just yet, then wait a few more days. Rockstar previously stated that all of these gifts should hit everyone’s account no later than December 24, which is this coming Monday.
Currently, Red Dead Online is available for play for all who own Red Dead Redemption 2. The game is currently only available for PS4 and Xbox One.
Gold gifts as announced last week have been granted and cash gifts have begun rolling out to all eligible players and are automatically added to your character’s balance the next time you play the Red Dead Online Beta.
